Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of credits on the CiteTitan (the "Service"), operated by Sage Titans.

1. All purchases are final

Credits are a digital product delivered instantly to your account. Because of this, credit purchases are final and non-refundable once completed, except in the circumstances set out in sections 3 and 4 below.

2. Free trial before you buy

Every new account receives free trial credits so you can try the Service before making any purchase. We encourage you to use your trial credits to confirm the Service meets your needs before buying additional credits.

3. Exceptions

In the rare event that credits are not delivered to your account due to a technical error on our side, or you are charged incorrectly, contact us and we will investigate and correct the issue, including issuing a refund where a genuine billing error has occurred.

If an analysis fails, you are not charged for it. Credits for an analysis that could not be completed are returned to your balance automatically, and where an analysis completes only in part you are charged only for the questions that were answered. You do not need to ask, and your account history shows every charge and return.

If we discontinue the Service. If we stop offering the Service, we will give at least 90 days' notice. Credits that remain unused at the end of that period may be refunded on request. This is set out in section 13 of our Terms of Service.

4. Failed or duplicate charges

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or a payment is taken without credits being delivered, email us with your payment details and we will resolve it promptly.
